Are e-Scooters suitable for mountain driving?

That depends on the terrain, the type of e-Scooter, and the passenger load.

Modern e-Scooters can climb up to 22 degree (40%) inclines. From a standstill, they can master up to 18 degree (32%) inclines. This makes them suitable for most mountain routes. However, similar to conventional scooters, e-Scooters will require more energy on mountain routes, and they may not always reach the top speeds for which they are rated.
